To lead the change as the provider of choice, together with confident and supported staff who enable people to live the life they choose.

Mission

We value every person as an asset to our community, basing our holistic support on choice, respect and dignity. We collaborate with the wider community to enhance inclusion and understanding.

Values

Person Centered. We invest in people by providing tailored opportunities to learn and develop in a positive space, focussed on the individual.

Choice and Control.   We actively encourage people and their stakeholders to make informed decisions by providing accurate information to allow them to have control over their lives.

Respect and Dignity. We base our service on respect and dignity towards both the people we support and the staff who provide support.

Inclusion and Understanding. We work towards inclusion and understanding through providing opportunities for people to interact naturally with the community to enhance social role valorisation.
